Before you proceed...BUYERS PAY FEES
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you purchase a property in Italy you are required to pay agency fees.

This is not just Brian A French & Associates Ltd - it is the Italian system.

Were you dealing direct with an agent in Italy they would invoice you at the signing of the preliminary contract; when you deal with us, the Italian agent has agreed not to invoice you providing you pay our invoice in the UK.

Free of charge:

• Browsing our site,
• talking to us,
• emailing us,
• receiving information from us,
• viewing with us

As a purchaser we will charge you between 5% (minumum £2,000) and 3% depending on the value of the property you buy. Because of the way the purchase system works, fees are payable once the preliminary contract has been signed.

So, once you have paid your deposit and both you and the vendor have signed the contract you will be invoiced for our fees and required to pay them.

Please note that fees are due on any purchase you make as a result of introductions made by us or our associated agents, even if the property you buy has not been advertised directly by us. If you are not willing to accept these terms and conditions please don't proceed further. As we are an English company invoicing you in England, any non payment will be pursued through the English Courts.
